| | Please place on the February 13 Commission Agenda, a referral to the Finance and Citywide Projects Committee to Discuss South Florida Seniors in Action Lease Modifications. Seniors in Action is a non-profit organizations that services over 7,000 senior citizens annually in Miami Beach and its lease is coming up for renewal and this would be a good time to discuss modifications.
