SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE SUSTAINABILITY AND RESILIENCY COMMITTEE AND THE SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS THE PUMP STATION PLUMES ON WEST AVENUE.

ANALYSIS

Please place on the February 13th Commission Meeting, a dual referral to the Sustainability and Resiliency Committee and the Sustainability Committee to discuss the Pump Station plumes on West Avenue. Many residents have complained about this, and believe it could be a violation of the Clean Water Act. In addition, it is harmful to all marine life and could be a health hazard to the public.
