| Please place on the Feb 13th Commission agenda, the Hispanic Affairs Committee’s Motion on recognizing the importance of effectively communicating with a diverse audience. The Hispanic Affairs Committee urges the City Commission to adopt policy requiring that any press release and edia Advisory Sent by the City and by its Public Safety Departments be Disseminated in English and Spanish.
