SUBJECT:	DISCUSSION REGARDING THE MOTION MADE BY THE MAYOR'S AD HOC SMALL BUSINESS TASK FORCE OF REQUESTING THE MIAMI BEACH CITY COMMISSION LOBBY THE FLORIDA STATE LEGISLATURE TO SUPPORT THE RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF A STATE FILM INDUSTRY TAX INCENTIVE.

ANALYSIS

Please place on the January 16 Commission agenda a discussion regarding the motion made by the Mayor's Ad Hoc Small Business Task Force of requesting the Miami Beach City Commission lobby the Florida State Legislature to support the re-establishment of a State Film Industry Tax Incentive.
