| | I would like to place a referral to the Finance Committee to discuss the motion that was passed by the Production Industry Council on December 13, 2018. The motion is to apdopt changes to the current Film Incentive Guidelines, making them less restrictive for productions to take advantage of the Film Incentive Program.
