Please place on the January 16, 2019 City Commission Agenda a referral to the Land Use and Development Committee (LUDC) to discuss several clean-up edits to the Town Center Core (TC-C) Overlay Ordinance including:
i. the collection of public benefit dollars to be tied to Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) to mirror Offsite Affordable; and
ii. correcting the maximum building height language for public benefits to reflect the changes at adoption.
The Planning Department is directed to provide a draft Ordinance at Committee for review and action.
