The Upper North Bay Road project in still in its early stages of development and the HOA would like for it to include under-grounding. This item is a discussion as to the status of this effort. 

December 31, 2018 was the deadline for the Upper North Bay Road Under-grounding Petition, however their homeowners association (HOA) has highlighted some challenges.  They described a significant amount of address and new ownership corrections that were found while trying to unravel the homeowner contacts from the City Clerk's list. Additionally, they received many “return to sender” items and are also trying to find those mailing addresses. There is also the issue that some homeowners on Pinetree Drive Circle think they already have under-grounding – the HOA does not believe this is the case. Lastly, many homeowners were confused and sent in the questionnaire, but didn’t realize the petition was the next step.
