DISCUSSION REGARDING THE PLACEMENT OF A COMMEMORATIVE PLAQUE OR OTHER MONUMENT OR MEMORIAL AT THE PAR 3/MID-BEACH COMMUNITY PARK IN HONOR OF FORMER COMMISSIONER JORGE R. EXPOSITO

HISTORY:
At the November 14, 2018 Commission meeting, a discussion regarding the placement of a commemorative plaque, or other monument or memorial, at the Par 3/ mid-beach community park in honor of former Commissioner Jorge R. Exposito was referred to the Neighborhoods and Community Affairs Committee (“NCAC”).

Commissioner Jorge Exposito, who served on the commission from 2009 to 2013, passed away in November.

CONCLUSION:

Discussion and direction on the placement of a commemorative plaque or other monument or memorial at the Par 3/mid-beach community park.
