The applicant, Sunset Land Associates LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new five-story multifamily building with ground floor retail uses with one or more waivers, to replace six vacant lots and two buildings. This item will also require a Conditional Use application to be reviewed and approved by the Planning Board. ITEM WAS CONTINUED FROM THE NOVEMBER 06, 2018 DRB MEETING.
