| Please place on the October agenda, a discussion on an update to develop a pilot program for online permitting for the Building Department. The Building Department stated that this is one of their challenges and that there was a time limitation of the IT staff and programmers required to create this new permit system. I would like the IT Department to make this a priority, as this would be extremely beneficial for the residents and also cost effective for the Building Department.
