| Please place for discussion on the October 17th Commission Meeting an item to provide a report of what action the City is taking to protect the assets of the Miami Beach Community Development Corporation (MBCDC).
We must protect this group of historic buildings, which also serves as our affordable senior housing. The collapse of this organization is disturbing and the City must take action immediately.
