The applicant, 947 Lincoln Road Holdings, LLC, is requesting modifications to a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness for the near total demolition of the existing 2-story ‘Contributing’ structure and the construction of a new 2-story building including variances to reduce the required pedestal rear setback and to not provide the required loading spaces.
