The applicant, North Beach Yard LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the development of a cultural and community entrepreneurial hub and outdoor venue with entertainment, including the renovation and conversion of an existing building to be used as an events hall for community gatherings, instructional workshop classrooms, and fitness studio. Additionally, food trucks, shipping containers as culinary and retail market stalls, a full-service outdoor bar, and a performance stage and lawn are proposed. This item will require a separate Planning Board application to waive applicable land development regulations. This item may be withdrawn if the City Commission acts to waive the Design Review Board process.
