The applicant, Caribbean Parking Systems, Inc., is requesting a modification to a previously issued Conditional Use Permit. Specifically, the applicant is requesting to change the manager of the permanent parking lots as stipulated in the final order, pursuant to Chapter 118, Article IV of the City Code.
