The applicant, South Palm Design LLC, is requesting Design Review approval for the construction of a two-story single family home, including variances from the minimum lot area and minimum lot width required and a variance to reduce the required back up space for parking, to replace an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant two-story single family home.
