The applicant, Joe and Mercy Comesana, are requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two-story single family residence to replace an existing two-story architecturally significant pre-1942 single family residence including one or more waivers and variances to exceed the maximum allowable projection in required yards, and to exceed the maximum elevation allowed in required yards.
