Tremont Towing parking structure with retail and offices. The applicant, 1747 Bay Road Properties, LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new four-story main use valet-operated parking garage to replace an existing surface parking lot for a tow yard and one-story office building, including a variance to exceed the maximum allowed building height. This item will also require a Conditional Use application to be reviewed and approved by the Planning Board.
