| I have been notified that Miami Beach pumps do not have permits with the Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management (DERM). Is this true? If the City’s water quality sampling levels are permissible, why does the City not have the requisite permits?
I would also like to know the levels of ammonium in the water surrounding the 17 outfalls.
