The applicant, 420 Lincoln Road Development, LLC, is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the total demolition of two structures and the construction of a new 7-story mixed-use building, including variances to reduce the required pedestal front, side and sum-of-the-side setbacks for residential uses, to reduce the required tower front, rear, interior side and street side setbacks for residential uses, to reduce the required width for a two-way driveway and to reduce the required rear and side setbacks for a driveway.[Continued from the January 9, 2018 Meeting]
