IN RE: The applicants, David and Leila Centner, are requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two-story single family residence to replace an existing two-story architecturally significant pre-1942 single family residence, including one or more waivers, and including variances from the required front, side and sum of the side yard setbacks, to exceed the maximum allowed projection in required yards, to exceed the maximum height allowed for a fence and for ornamental lamps on a fence, to reduce the required setback for a driveway, and to exceed the maximum height allowed for a decorative roof structure.
