The applicant, Sean Posner, is requesting Design Review Approval for a two story addition to an existing two story architecturally significant pre-1942 single family home, including one or more waivers and variances from the required rear setback, from the required open space in the rear yard and to exceed the maximum lot coverage and unit size allowed for the construction of a new two-story addition.
