The applicant, Mirador 1000 Condominium Association Inc, is requesting Design Review Approval for façade modifications of an existing sixteen-story building. Specifically, to replace existing concrete balcony railings on the south, east and north elevations of the building with clear glass railings or, in the alternative, a combination of clear glass railings on the long ends of the balconies and opaque glass railings on the short ends of the balconies.
