IN RE:
The applicant, Congress Hotel on Ocean Drive, LLC, is requesting modifications to a previously issued Certificate of Appropriateness to partially demolish, alter and modify three (3) existing buildings and to construct a new four (4) story building at 1042 Ocean Drive. Specifically, the applicant is requesting to modify conditions of the order relating to the operation of the rooftop.
