IN RE: The applicant, Biscayne Point 2016 LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new one-story single family home on the west side (parcel 1) of a property containing an existing one-story home including variances from the minimum lot width, from the required rear setback for a structure, from the required side setback for a driveway and from the minimum open space requirements within the rear yard. This application is subject to the approval of a lot split application pending before the Planning Board.
