IN RE:
An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two-story single-family residence to replace an existing one-story residence including one or more waivers and an understory area, and variances to exceed the maximum building height, to reduce the required front setback and to exceed the maximum enclosed area allowed for building access within the understory portion of the home.
