IN RE: The applicant, 4354 Homes LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two-story residence on the north side of a vacant property previously containing an existing pre-1942 architecturally significant two-story residence including one or more waivers and variances from the required interior side and sum of side setbacks and to eliminate the required setback from the street side property line to provide parallel parking. This application is subject to the approval of a lot split application pending before the Planning Board.
