IN RE:
The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design Review Approval for the installation of a new playground including shade structures and landscaping park, including variances to exceed the maximum height of a wall fence, to exceed the maximum allowable encroachment into required yards, and to reduce the interior side setback for a deck. The variance portions of this application may be withdrawn if the City Commission acts to waive the Land Development Regulations.
