The applicant, Murano at Portofino Condominium Association Inc, is requesting exterior design modifications to façades of an existing 37-story building to remove existing metal panels along the glass balcony railings on all elevations of the building and retain all clear glass railings. Additionally, the applicant is requesting the deletion of a condition of the Final Order. This item was originally approved in 1999, pursuant to DRB File No. 11468.
