IN RE:
The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design Review Approval for the installation of a new surface parking lot, landscaping and lighting, including variances to reduce the required setbacks and to reduce the landscape requirements. The variance portions of this application may be withdrawn if the City Commission acts to waive the LDRS.
