The applicant, GaGa Holdings 4747 Joint Trust, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two-story single-family residence to replace an existing two-story architecturally significant pre-1942 residence including a variance to reduce the required rear setback in order to construct a pool and deck at a higher elevation than allowed.
