| At the February 1, 2023 City Commission meeting the City Commission approved a referral to the Public Safety and Neighborhood Quality of Life Committee (PSNQLC) sponsored by Commissioner Alex Fernandez to discuss concerns and observations collected by the Mid-Beach Neighborhood Association and the Beachwalk Working Group. |

| This item was deferred from both the April 18, 2023 and the June 23, 2023 PSNQLC meetings. The attached updated statistical report will be presented to the Mid-Beach HOA on March 6, 2024.
