A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO RETURN TO THE FEBRUARY 21, 2024, CITY COMMISSION MEETING WITH A COMPREHENSIVE RECOMMENDATION AND PLAN FOR ADDRESSING THE FULL-TIME STAFFING NEEDS FOR THE UPCOMING REAL-TIME INTELLIGENCE CENTER (“RTIC”) PROJECT.
