An application has been filed requesting modifications to a previously issued conditional use permit for the construction of a 6-story office development over 50,000 square feet, including the use of mechanical parking. Specifically, the applicant is requesting modifications to incorporate adjacent parcels to the project site, modification to the roof deck and interior renovations to expand the office square footage area, pursuant to Chapter 2, Article V, Section 2.5.2, Chapter 5, Article II, Section 5.2.10, and Chapter 7, Article II, Section 7.2.12 of the Miami Beach Resiliency Code.
