An application has been filed requesting modifications to a previously issued conditional use permit for a mixed-use structure over 50,000 square feet, and conditional use approval for two restaurants, each exceeding 100 seats. Specifically, the applicant is requesting modifications to the restaurants to increase the number of seats, increase the limit of occupancy content, and modify the parking requirements per recently approved City Code amendment, pursuant to Chapter 2, Article V, Section 2.5.2, Chapter 5, Article II and Chapter 7, Article II, of the Miami Beach Resiliency Code.
