SUBJECT:A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO EXPLORE A CENTRAL, EASY TO REMEMBER DIAL-IN OPTION FOR RESIDENTS TO USE AND NOTIFY THE CITY, SUCH AS 3-1-1, TO ADDRESS PUBLIC SAFETY AND CODE COMPLIANCE ISSUES, NON-EMERGENCY COMPLAINTS, AND SIMILAR MATTERS, AND FURTHER DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO REPORT ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY AND NEIGHBORHOOD QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE PRIOR TO CONSIDERATION BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION.
