| | The North Beach Town Center enacting ordinance included a mobility fee incentive for projects that obtained a building permit within a specified window of time. However, because of the COVID scare, many projects were put on hold. I am asking the Land Use and Sustainability Committee to consider extending the sunset period due to exigent circumstances, in order to give Town Center and the CRA a better chance to develop. |
