| On June 28, 2023, the Mayor and City Commission adopted Resolution No. 2023-32654, a copy of which is attached hereto, clarifying the City Commission’s long-standing policy with respect to what qualifies as a rolloff.
Vice Mayor Richardson intends to sponsor a proposed Ordinance, a copy of which is attached hereto, to update the City Code definition of rolloffs, and to delete unnecessary provisions relating to grapple service contractors and requests that the Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee review the proposed ordinance at its October 16, 2023 meeting. |
