Sod Protection:
The Licensee is responsible for the show organizer to protect the existing sod to prevent damage. The MBCC requires that a sod protection system is used when heavy machinery or vehicles (lifts, trucks, semis, etc.) are required to drive on the sod surface. In addition, show organizers must work closely with the MBCC event manager to designate load-in paths to ensure all irrigation is capped and any electrical areas in the pathway are protected and covered.
All damaged sod and foliage is charged to the show organizer at settlement.
