| Ordinance 2015-3963 established consolidation of valet parking ramps to one (1) parking valet ramp within a street block (excluding Ocean Drive). It also requires a valet operational plan which must include a traffic operations analysis and vehicle storage locations at a distance of no more than 2,500 feet from the valet ramp. Distances greater than 2,500 feet may be approved by the City Manager. |

| This ordinance addresses valet operations with ramps on public right of way. The distance requirement was established to reduce delays at a ramp on public property as well as minimize traffic impacts. This ordinance does not apply to private valet operations. |
