On November 20th, organizations all over the world are planning ceremonies, talks, and observances honoring the memory of transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence.
Subject to any scheduling conflicts with other activations that may be taking place in the area, I would like for the City Commission to consider a commemorative tree planting at Pride Park on November 20th as part of Transgender Day of Remembrance in the City of Miami Beach. |
