SUBJECT:	DISCUSS/TAKE ACTION ABOUT THE CITY HOSTING A WEST AVENUE PROJECT COMMUNITY MEETING.

BACKGROUND/HISTORY

There have been so many iterations and changes to the West Avenue resiliency project, that it would be nice to host a meeting to inform residents about project dates, project changes, and final chosen aesthetics.

This meeting should be publicly noticed, and every resident of West Avenue should receive a "postcard" invitation in the mail.
