| The attached Resolution formally adopts the Certificate of results of the
City of Miami Beach November 8, 2022 Special Election (Special Election) and declares the election
results for the eight ballot questions that were the subject of the Special Election. Passage of this Resolution accepts the election results and effectively concludes the City Commission’s action relative to the Special Election.
The Unofficial Results of the Special Election are attached. (See pages 014 and 015.) Upon receipt of the Official Certificate of Election, the results will be attached to the Resolution and made part of the public record. |
