| The City Clerk hereby notifies the City Commission that he will be installing an Air-Conditioned Tent on the First Floor Breezeway of City Hall, in order to provide ample space for voter staging, ensure social distancing, accommodate the elderly and disabled voters, and provide cover from the elements for those in line during Early Voting for the November 8, 2022 General and Miami Beach Special Elections. |

| On July 20, 2022 and July 25, 2022, the Miami Beach City Commission adopted Resolutions scheduling Special Elections on November 8, 2022, to be held at the time of the State General Election, for the purpose of presenting to City voters 8 ballot measures and the filling of the Group II vacancy.
During Early Voting, which is to be held from October 24, 2022 through November 6, 2022, 7 a.m., to 7 p.m., for the General and Special Elections, voters may vote at any of the two City of Miami Beach Early Voting sites, located at:

The Office of the City Clerk will be installing an Air-Conditioned Tent on the First Floor Breezeway of City Hall, to provide ample space for voter staging, ensure social distancing, accommodate the elderly and disabled voters, and provide cover from the elements for those in line during Early Voting for the November 8, 2022 General and Miami Beach Special Elections.
Miami Beach previously expanded the Early Voting footprint at Miami Beach City Hall during the Presidential Primary Preference Election of March 15, 2016, the Primary Election of August 30, 2016, the General Election of November 8, 2016, the November 6, 2018 General and Miami Beach Special Elections, the Presidential Primary Preference of March 2, 2020, the August 18, 2020 Primary Election, the November 3, 2020 Presidential and Miami Beach Special Elections, the November 2, 2021 Miami Beach General and Special Elections, and the August 23, 2022 Primary Election and Miami Beach Special Election.
