| SUBJECT: | A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, REQUESTING THAT THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH’S REGIONAL POSTMASTER, CARLISA BRANNON, TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION TO REMOVE GRAFFITI AND LITTER AT THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE OFFICE LOCATED AT 1300 WASHINGTON AVENUE, AND ITS SURROUNDING GROUNDS, AND ENSURE THAT THE PROPERTY IS KEPT CLEAN AND PROPERLY MAINTAINED; AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO SEND A COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION TO FLORIDA U.S. SENATORS RICK SCOTT AND MARCO RUBIO, AND U.S. HOUSE REPRESENTATIVES FREDERICA WILSON AND MARIA ELVIRA SALAZAR.
