SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE A DISCUSSION RELATING TO THE ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER ALINA T. HUDAK.

RECOMMENDATION

Referral to a September meeting of the Committee of the Whole to discuss the annual performance evaluation for the City Manager Alina T. Hudak.

BACKGROUND/HISTORY

Please see attached memorandums.

ANALYSIS

Please place on the July 20, 2022 City Commission agenda a referral to a September meeting of the Committee of the Whole to discuss the annual performance evaluation for the City Manager Alina T. Hudak. As required in the City Manager’s contract, the City Manager shall be evaluated by the City Commission within forty- five days prior to or following her anniversary date. That date for her annual review was April 21, 2021 and any review would be retroactive. The September Committee of the Whole will be set during the September 14, 2021 Commission.

In compliance with her contract, Ms. Hudak has submitted the attached memorandum for purposes of reviewing her performance.
