| | Referral to the Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee & Planning Board and returning with a partial Alley vacation to the City Commission meeting on June 22. The partial alley vacation pursuant to Ch 82 of the City Code for portions of Alton Court between Lincoln Rd and 17th Street for proposed Office building along Alton road. The portions of the alley vacated shall be without any FAR derived from Alton Court land but not prohibit FAR movement from private properties. |
