| | I’d like to refer the attached ordinance to the Land Use and Sustainability Committee and Planning Board. Under the proposed ordinance, outdoor seating areas of accessory uses in oceanfront apartment buildings within the R-PS4 Zoning District would be allowed to operate up to midnight on weekends and 11:00 pm on weekdays. |
