| Sobe Liquors is a 15-year-old small package liquor store located at 1609 Alton Rd. Their landlord recently increased rent by 40 percent, and the owners would like to move to another storefront on Alton Road located near their current operation. Unfortunately, due to Alton Road Land-Use distance separation restrictions passed in January, the liquor store “Sobe Liquors” cannot move at all. I recently gave Marcella DiMartino, the owner, a proclamation for having a wonderful business. How can we accommodate this small change? |
