| During the October 13, 2021 City Commission meeting, a referral to the Public Safety and Neighborhood Quality of Life Committee was passed to discuss the Hispanic Affairs Committee motion on accepting a gift of a monument/bust of Benito Juarez. (Exhibit A) |

| During the October 7, 2021 Hispanic Affairs Committee meeting, a motion was made and approved to accept a gift of a monument/bust of Benito Juarez from the Consulate General of Mexico in Miami to be placed at Collins Park. (Exhibit B) |
