An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for modifications to an existing architecturally significant pre-1942 residence and the construction of a new pool and cabana in the rear yard that includes variances from the minimum open space required within the rear yard, the required rear yard setback for an accessory structure, the required side setback for a roof deck and from the required sum of the side yard setbacks.
